Air Purity Testing [AS 2568]

Add-Tech can provide testing on medical breathing air in all medical facilities. All testing is carried out in accordance with AS/NZS:2568.

Air purity testing is essential to patient protection. Air is often supplied by compressors equipped with complicated filter assemblies. Air purity testing will confirm the quality of air being delivered to the patient alerting staff to any issues with the compressors or pipeline equipment.

Testing will also monitor the levels of moisture in the system. High moisture levels can cause extensive damage to expensive life support equipment such ventilators and anaesthetic machines. Air purity testing can be completed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to staff and patients
